Join The Challenge and #ChaseTheBird

We’re just over 3 weeks away from Thanksgiving. Travel itineraries are set. Meal planning is under way. The holidays are upon us, and along with the holidays come parties, cocktails, delicious meals, and celebrations with family and friends. But for some, the fun stops when we step on the scale or try to zip up our favorite jeans.



Thankfully Oiselle has stepped in with a fun way to help keep us motivated to stay the course - or get on board - with our training or general fitness routine this month. At the start of November Oiselle launched a month-long challenge dubbed #chasethebird. 

It’s super easy and definitely not too late to join in. All it requires is 15 minutes of physical activity - any kind of physical activity - every day. You can run, lift weights, take your dog (or cat if you prefer) for a walk, hit the stairs, do burpees, or a yoga video for 15 minutes and log it on social media with the hashtag #chasethebird.

As an extra incentive, Oiselle is randomly selecting winners to receive fun prizes and whether or not you win, you’ll still find loads of inspiration in the other tweets, instagram pictures, and Facebook posts.

All it takes 15 minutes!
