It may be closed for the season, but Woody and I look forward to the New Amsterdam Market re-opening this Spring! A great collection of local-ish bakeries, cheesemongers, farmers, wineries, producers, purveyors and more, downtown in the old Fulton Fish Market space.

- 100 ab exercises
- lots of stretching
- 2x45 sec plank
- 30min elliptical
