I've briefly thought of giving up dairy but I love cheese and eat yogurt a fair amount. My friend gave it up though and her skin completely cleared!Robyn @ Wannabe Writer Runnerhttp://wannabewriterrunner.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4742209008670744276.post-87746140063216185802010-09-03T11:38:48.866-06:002010-09-03T11:38:48.866-06:00Hmm should I press my luck and enter again? :) Got...Hmm should I press my luck and enter again? :) Got the coupons -- thankyou ! Can't wait to try out my first Greek yogurt.

I have wondered about going dairy-free. I avoided it for the most part when I was younger because I was told I had a dairy allergy. Now I read about how it is one of the "inflammatory" foods and wonder if I should cut back/cut it out. I have a number of health blahs myself, nothing serious/deathly but enough to where I just don't feel good/normal. Anyway good luck! Don't know if I could go withou cheese and smoothies :)Lindsayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17720800873803974929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4742209008670744276.post-55991376206926742602010-09-02T19:52:57.998-06:002010-09-02T19:52:57.998-06:00Good luck with the dairy experiment...I would go s...Good luck with the dairy experiment...I would go somewhere that needed help in bringing food and vaccine to children.Mollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00144512028031455208noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4742209008670744276.post-80594288592077166842010-09-02T15:42:58.468-06:002010-09-02T15:42:58.468-06:00Probably south Asia where I can offer some knowled...Probably south Asia where I can offer some knowledge in medical or so.JChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01698699124592687554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4742209008670744276.post-33461971971449712732010-09-02T11:16:12.795-06:002010-09-02T11:16:12.795-06:00good luck with the dairy free!good luck with the dairy free!Triciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16665644808858115598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4742209008670744276.post-6996687243427013912010-09-02T11:00:27.897-06:002010-09-02T11:00:27.897-06:00Good luck with going dairy Free!! Sounds like a great way to really live a new culture and help out, rather than just briefly observing as a tourist. Maybe in a few years I'll be able to go provide preventative and medical care for kids...possibly in south america or some of the more rural villages in Alaska.Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03265698052245966644noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4742209008670744276.post-33618375150453505872010-09-02T07:06:33.308-06:002010-09-02T07:06:33.308-06:00I don't think I could go dairy free!
