I definitely use my runs a...This is so interesting! I definitely use my runs as a way to re-center and re-focus myself, and I often return from a run with a problem solved, a new perspective, or even a new idea for a blog post!<br /><br />But meditative running sounds different in that it's not about letting your mind wander, but rather about focusing all of your attention on what you're actually doing - running! Aligning the movement of your body with your breath and your mind. I've never purposefully tried this, but I'd like to!
